REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final since there is no re-stock. We are no longer accepting any returns or exchanges. In the instance you have any issues regarding your product, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, Drowned penguins does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues. Ordering the wrong size doesn't guarantee a refund; any return or exchange is at the customer's expense. All policies remain applicable. Please review sizing guides before purchase. Contact support for assistance.

Can I get a refund/can I cancel my order?

all sales are final. we cannot cancel any order once they have been placed. we're a small brand so unless the order is damaged upon arrival or we made any mistake, feel free to contact us.

Received a damage, incorrect and defective product, what should I do?

if your package arrived damaged, please contact the shipping provider to open a dispute. Drowned penguins is not responsible for the packages after they have been handed off to the postal carrier.

if your package arrived safely but the product are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situations and circumstances. All items are backed by our Drowned penguins product guarantee. If this occurs, contact us at drownedpenguins@gmail.com or use the contact us form on our website.

When will I get my products?

we will shipped the products within 24 hours. And it will take 2-10 working days depending on your location by the shipping carrier to deliver your products.

For International orders it will take 7-20 working days to get your products delivered.

Note - currently we are shipping only in India.

I entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

if your order has not yet been shipped, we might be able to make any changes but it is not guaranteed. Please email us ASAP at drownedpenguins@gmail.com or contact us for any change request. we are happy to make changes for you if it is not too late. If your order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes.

We can Exchange your item for a different size only if your preferred size is currently in stock. If it's unavailable , you may choose either:

1. A full refund, or

2. A different available size.

( IMPORTANT: Please contact us immediately within 24 hours for any changes after placing your order, we will be happy to help you. )

I placed an order but haven't received an email confirmation?

if you have not received an email after 1 hour of placing your order, please check your junk or spam mail folder. if you did not receive an email confirmation it is likely the order did not go through. contact us at drownedpenguins@gmail.com with the name and address on the order and we can confirm if the order went through or not.

if you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us at drownedpenguins@gmail.com with your order number and name and we will resend your confirmation email to the new email.

How do I track my order?

you will received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. You may also check your order page through the order confirmation email to see the status of the order. If you're having trouble tracking your order please contact us we will guide you regarding your order.
